Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients: ¾ cup flour, ¼ cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until clumpy. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, baking powder, salt, and additional cinnamon.
  4. Using an electric mixer, cream together ½ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and room temperature butter until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until combined.
