  • ½ to 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large egg white
  • Poppy seeds (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together softened butter, yellow mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Slice each mini croissant in half lengthwise. Spread the butter mixture inside each half.
  4. Layer with a slice of cheese followed by some chicken.
  5. Replace the top half of each croissant and brush the tops with egg white; sprinkle poppy seeds over them.
