Instructions
- Prepare the brown butter by melting cold unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add cooled brown butter and mix with water and vinegar until just combined. Form into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Mix sliced peaches and strawberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt in another bowl; let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out half of the chilled dough to fit your pie dish; fill with fruit mixture. Roll out remaining dough for the top crust.
