- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Sea salt, to finish
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Halve and pit the plums, placing them cut-side up on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and honey if using.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Allow the plums to cool slightly before serving.
