Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon each thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 9 ounces roasted peppers
  • 6 ounces salami
  • ¾ cup green olives
  • ⅓ cup green onion
  • 7 ounces sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • ¼ cup parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan by spraying it with oil and lining it with plastic wrap.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, spices, cheddar cheese, salami, olives, and green onions until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan firmly to eliminate air pockets. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Once set, unmold the cheese log onto a platter using the overhanging plastic wrap. Remove the wrap gently and garnish with sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.
  5. Serve slightly warmed alongside your favorite crackers or vegetables.
