  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente (about 10-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the seasoned chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic briefly. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer gently.
  5. Stir in cream cheese until smooth; then add Velveeta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and thickened.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve with chicken bites on top.
