  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  2. Cut chicken into cubes and coat with seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the seasoned chicken in olive oil and butter until browned.
  4. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in penne pasta, diced tomatoes with juice, and chicken broth; mix well.
  6. Bring to a boil then simmer covered for about 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
