  • 1 (14 oz) can full-fat coconut milk

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients; dice the onion, mince garlic, grate ginger, and cube beef.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat; brown beef cubes for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add onion and sauté until translucent; stir in garlic and ginger for another minute.
  4. Mix in spices until well-coated; add diced tomatoes, coconut milk, chickpeas, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes until beef is tender.
  6. For garlic naan: Mix flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl; gradually add yogurt to form a soft dough.
