Instructions

  5. Pour in coconut milk, chickpeas, broth, and tomato paste; stir well.
  6. Bring to a gentle simmer; cover and cook for 45 minutes or until beef is tender.
  7. For naan, combine flour, yogurt, warm water, sugar, and baking powder; mix until dough forms.
  8. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes; let it rest covered for at least 30 minutes.
