  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup reserved pasta water, if needed, to thin sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
