  • 48 oz marinara sauce (two 24 oz jars)
  • 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
  • 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your slow cooker by spraying the insert with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, basil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Layer the bottom of the slow cooker with marinara sauce. Add gluten-free penne on top, followed by scoops of the ricotta mixture and a layer of shredded mozzarella.
