- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

Instructions
- 1. Prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together creamy peanut butter and warm water in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and sriracha.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper before adding it to the skillet. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 3. Lay out each tortilla and spread some peanut sauce on top. Fill with cooked chicken and your choice of fresh veggies.
