  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet; sear chicken until golden brown, adding garlic towards the end.
  4. Remove chicken and melt remaining butter in the same skillet; sauté garlic before adding cream and broth.
  5. Stir in softened cream cheese until smooth, then add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce; let simmer for about 12 minutes.
