- 4 oz semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- Pinch of salt
- 2–3 tbsp rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in granulated and brown sugars until combined.
- Mix in cocoa powder and salt, then add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth.
- Gently fold in flour and cornstarch until no streaks remain.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering; remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate until melted and smooth.
