- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese (at room temp)
- ¼ cup granulated white sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese with granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and orange food coloring until creamy.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Add dollops of cream cheese mixture on top followed by the remaining brownie batter. Gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until set in the center. Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
