Instructions

  1. Boil the small potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and toss with olive oil or butter, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the shredded chicken with paprika, garlic powder, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange chopped lettuce as a base and top with tomato slices and grated carrots.
