Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, white granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in lemon zest, egg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the wild frozen blueberries.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
- For the lemon sugar coating, mix together white granulated sugar and lemon zest; sprinkle over each cookie before baking.
