Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 8 slices provolone cheese (4 for filling, 4 for topping)
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté diced green bell pepper and onion for about 5 minutes until softened; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
