- 1 cup pistachio butter
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- Knead until soft dough forms; let rise covered for about 1 hour until doubled.
- Deflate the dough; roll it into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread pistachio butter, sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a log; cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place in a greased baking dish; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
