- 1 cup (240g) warm milk
- 2 cups (250g) flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 small/medium soft apples
Instructions
- Warm the milk to about 100-110°F (38-43°C). Combine with yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar; let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix the foamy yeast mixture with flour, eggs, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and salt using an electric mixer until well combined.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-70 minutes until doubled in size.
- Prepare apples by peeling and dicing them into small cubes; fold them into the batter.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
