  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup
  • ½ tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini donut pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, oat flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: egg, brown sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and canned pumpkin until smooth.
  4. Gently combine wet and dry mixtures until just blended to form a thick batter.
  5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag and fill each donut cavity halfway.
  6. Bake for 6-7 minutes until they spring back when touched.
  7. Cool on a wire rack then dip in prepared maple glaze made from whisking together powdered sugar, maple syrup, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon.
