  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup (240 g) peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups (376 g) Reese's pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and creamy peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
