- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

- 3 tbsp milk (for ganache)
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine Devil's Food cake mix and instant chocolate pudding until mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and brewed coffee until well blended.
- Gradually add wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a plate.
