- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 16 ounces dried spaghetti
- 16 ounces marinara sauce
- 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
