  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
