Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries and cucumbers. Hull the strawberries and slice them into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds or half-moons.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar), honey (or maple syrup), olive oil, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.
