Instructions

  2. Strain and rinse the cooked tapioca under cold running water until cooled.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed tapioca with room temperature coconut milk.
  4. Blend approximately 17.6 oz of strawberries with the condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Mix the strawberry blend into the tapioca and coconut mixture; adjust sweetness to taste.
